Personalised Post-Natal Support

Just like every body is different, every pregnancy and postpartum journey is totally unique!‍ ‍There is no “one-size fits all” approach to post-natal recovery, which is why I’m so passionate about providing personalised, one on one support to moms who are committed to (re)building strength and finding a deeper mind-body connection.

What to expect:

  • All packages include the cost of travel to your home.

  • Through my detailed intake form and in-person assessment during our first session, I’ll be able to design a program 100% customised to your own unique needs and goals.

  • 6-session and 12-session packages include a small gift from me with all the props you’ll need for your sessions. For single sessions, I will bring props with me for you to use.

  • My post-natal training includes extensive training on addressing common pregnancy, birth, and post-birth complications. So you can rest assured that you’ll receive the knowledge and care you need to heal and find your strength again!

While I always recommend a 12-week, in person program to see the best results, I understand that isn’t always realistic. That's why I’ve designed a few different packages to suit different schedules and budgets!

12 Private Sessions

Giving yourself the time, attention, and accountability of this 12-week program is an investment you’ll feel the benefits of for the rest of your life! Over the course of 12 weeks, we’ll meet once per week for a private 60-minute session. We’ll start week 1 by jumping straight into connecting with your breath and getting in tune with what your body needs. From there, I’ll create a plan for the remaining 11 weeks which will be completely tailored to you. I recommend this program for seeing the most comprehensive and consistent results.

6 Private Sessions

SEK 7,500.00

Over the course of 6 weeks, we’ll meet once per week for a private 60-minute session. We’ll start week 1 by jumping straight into connecting with your breath and getting in tune with what your body needs. From there, I’ll create a plan for the remaining 5 weeks which will be completely tailored to you. In the following sessions we’ll build up at your own pace, with complete freedom to adjust the plan to fit your needs as you progress in your recovery.

Private Session + Personalised 12-week Plan

This package includes one, 90-minute session where we’ll identify your own unique needs in your post-natal recovery! By the end of the session, my goal is to have you feeling more connected to your body through improving your awareness, and helping you identify what proper alignment feels like in your own body. Following the session, you’ll receive a personalised 12-week recovery plan to execute using the principles you learned during our 1v1 session!

Private Session

During this 90-minute session, I’ll help you identify where to begin with your post-natal pilates practice so you can do it safely and confidently! We’ll assess where you’re at, and work through a few guiding principles you can use as you progress through your recovery. We’ll primarily do this by getting you moving and connecting to your body so you can feel the impact of these principles right away!

  • Your body took 9 months to create and produce a whole new human being. So it’s only logical that it deserves significant time and attention to heal and build up again. With 12 sessions, we’ll have about 3 months to build you a solid foundation of confidence and strength that will serve you in your post-partum journey, potential future pregnancy’s, and your overall long-term health.

  • I know the intake form can seem daunting at first glance, however, I promise this first step in your recovery will be so worthwhile! The in depth overview it provides allows me to get a feel for whether I’m the right person to help you in this stage of your journey. With a clear picture of where you are and what your goals are, I can more effectively help you get the support you need! Whether that’s beginning working together right away, or referring you to someone who is better suited to support you at this stage.

  • Yes. A VAT rate of 6% will be added to all packages.

  • Yes! I understand that the last thing any mom needs is a longer to do list. However, in order to see the best results, the body needs movement and consistency throughout the week. Each week, we’ll make sure you have a clear and attainable plan for implementing what we’ve worked on together. And of course, when life unexpectedly happens, there will always be understanding and space to re-adjust!

  • Childcare is not provided. However, I do require my clients to arrange for childcare during our sessions. This is to ensure that we’re both able to be fully present and focused so you can get the most out of your investment! Your time, money, and health are precious and they deserve our undivided attention during our sessions.

  • You can always add more sessions on later if you feel they’re needed! For 12 and 6-week packages, additional sessions can be added for 1,250kr. For additional private sessions on single packages, the cost is 1,500kr for a 60-minute session.

  • The standard program is 1 session per week because this allows time for you to implement and build up on your own in between sessions, while still giving the body the consistency it needs to change. If my schedule allows, I’m always open to doing (up to) 2 sessions per week with the same client. However, it depends on how many clients I have on the waitlist at the time. I hate to keep anyone waiting for help longer than is absolutely necessary! In general, I do not recommend doing the sessions with less frequency than once per week.

  • I totally understand life happens! So 1-time session packages can always be rescheduled once for free with 24-hours notice. If it’s less than 24-hours or you need to reschedule a second time there will be a 500 SEK fee. For the 6 and 12 session packages, you can always reschedule one session for free, even if it’s less than 24-hours notice. After that, any sessions that need to be rescheduled will receive a 200 SEK fee with more than 24-hours notice, or a 500 SEK fee with less than 24-hours notice.

  • We only need enough space to roll out a mat and for me to be able to walk around it comfortably. In general, I spend very little time demonstrating and will primarily be up talking you through things and supporting you with adjustments. So we can make do even with small spaces!
